Good Morning Quilters!
Here is a picture of my design wall today. I think it looks about the same as it did last week. But life happens, and it will be there when I get back to it, right?
I am on vacation this week and will be doing no quilting. Children and Grandchildren will be here and my days will be busy. The quilting projects shall have to wait until everyone goes home, and that’s ok.
I hope to be spending a lot of time in the water. Here is a picture taken a couple of years ago, so you can see what I am planning. You can see Penny Lane enjoying the water too.

Sewing just takes a backseat in the summer, have a wonderful time with your family!
Kayaking --- how fun. We used to go kayaking but we don't own any kayaks and never think of it when we visit Nags Head. (It doesn't help that we go off season either.) Your quilting projects don't mind taking a backseat to fun with family.
That photo is the best! Enjoy it all!
A dip in the lake sounds really nice, it's been so hot here. Enjoy the family time, you can get back to stitching next week.
