At this time each year, I like to watch the mystery quilt unfold at Quiltville. I am saving the clues and may make it after I see what it looks like in the reveal. It will be interesting to see how many of our Design Wall Monday bloggers are joining in the fun. Are you?
Last week at retreat, some friends gave me lots of small triangles that were snipped off blocks they were making. They know I like to make small quilts, and also large quilts with small pieces, so this is what I've done with them so far. I sewed on the long side of the triangle for those pieces that had good contrast between the two pieces:
There would be over 1,000 hsts in this quilt, if I made it large enough for our bed. Maybe a miniature quilt will be what I make! For now, I'm having fun making hsts. What are you working on today?
I always enjoy seeing your design walls, and I thank you for participating. You bloggers make my life richer. Please refer back to this particular post somewhere within your blog post.

Those are some pretty small HSTs! A mini replica of the Broken Dishes quilt would be very pretty. I've started Bonnie's new mystery, but I'm on the year long finish plan.
I am knitting hats and trying to finish quilting a Christmas wallhanging. Each are giving me fits! Maybe they will get done in time for Christmas?
Oh my gosh, just so tiny to work with. Obviously your hands and eyes are working perfectly, Judy!
Love that broken dishes design. I would go with a mini quilt. Unless you have a ton of the small HST's!
Wow - that is a beautiful quilt , but those tiny blocks - WOW!!! I am also watching this year, I have joined in the mystery quite a few years.... but I still haven't finished last years (sigh)
I'm still salivating over that quilt. What you have going so far for your replica though...I love green and I cant wait to see yours finished. Thank you for the linky party.
I'm in the mystery of course :) sort of using bonnies colors. red and neutral scrappy then using up some yardage just to get it gone.
You sound like me with people giving me little bits and tiny triangles that they would have thrown in the garbage!
